Heating Wire Composition Analysis

SPECTRO Test Report

Our laboratory engineers conduct composition tests on every batch of resistance wire orders daily. This is a composition analysis test using the SPECTRO alloy composition analyzer, ensuring 100% compliance of all our resistance alloy products with GB/ASTM standards.

Metallographic Microanalysis

Microscopic examination of the microstructure and internal crystals of the heating wire is conducted to check for defects and determine if the composition of the heating wire is satisfactory.

Heating Wire Annealing

Annealing for Softening Heating Wires

The heating wire is heated to a certain temperature in an annealing furnace, held for a sufficient time, and then cooled at an appropriate rate. This process can reduce hardness, improve machinability, reduce residual stress, stabilize dimensions, and reduce the tendency for deformation and cracking.

Heating Wire Oxidation Heat Treatment

The wound heating wire is placed in a high-temperature furnace at 800/900 degrees Celsius for heat treatment, increasing the oxide layer on the surface of the coiled wire to increase surface load and thus improve its lifespan.

Electric Testing of Heating Tubes

100% Comprehensive Inspection

Each heating wire undergoes rigorous quality inspection before packaging, following these steps: check appearance, ensure uniformity of conductors, check conductor resistance, and test the operation of all quartz heating tubes.

Lifetime Testing

Routine lifetime testing before shipment. The wire is cycled on for 20 minutes and off for 10 minutes, 600 times under stable voltage, without wire breakage. The wire operates continuously for 3000 hours under stable voltage without breaking. This process ensures a service life of 3000-5000 hours for the heating element.

Most Vulnerable Area

Quartz heating tubes are fragile products, and the most likely area to break during transportation is the connection between the quartz tube and the ceramic at both ends.

Special Protection

Adding silicone sleeves or high-temperature tape to both ends of the quartz tube can minimize the damage rate of the goods, providing more protection compared to tubes without silicone. The heating tubes are safer during transportation and installation.

Reasonable Packaging

With years of industry experience, we make every effort to minimize the possibility of heating tube breakage. Each finished tube can pass a 25cm drop test without breaking.

Safe Loading

We employ experienced workers for loading to minimize the possibility of damage before shipping. We strive to minimize the risk of damage to the lowest possible level.
