GlobalQT was established in 1988 and has over 30 years of professional experience in the quartz electric heating products industry. The company has 385 employees and a 40,000 square meter factory, and has made significant progress since its establishment. We hold 32 design and invention patents and strictly adhere to the ISO9001:2015 quality control system.

We have 11 quartz tube melting furnaces, 7 of which are used for the production of milky white quartz tubes, while the rest are used for the production of other glass tubes, such as transparent quartz tubes, ruby tubes, black tubes, etc. The daily production capacity of quartz glass tubes is 8000 kilograms.

Our self-designed automatic quartz tube cutting machine enables more precise control of the quartz tube’s tolerance, increasing the production capacity of various types of quartz tubes.

we produce over 200,000 quartz lamps and various heating tubes for global manufacturers every day. We also provide custom heating elements.

Our FeCrAl (Iron-Chromium-Aluminum) heating wire drawing factory has a daily output of 5000 kilograms of heating wire and ribbon. We produce resistance heating wire with thicknesses ranging from 0.05mm to 10mm

We have 30 customizble fully automatic heating wire winding machines, with a daily output of 100,000 pre-wound heating wire elements. We control precise resistance tolerances and ensure uniform coils.
