Advantages of Infrared Heating and Drying

  1. Sealed Box-Type Heating Furnace: This type of equipment, also known as an oven or baking oven, has only one entry and exit door.
  2. Continuous Heating Equipment for Production Lines: This type of far-infrared heating and drying equipment is used on production lines to continuously heat, dry, and sterilize materials. It includes a material conveying device that inputs materials from one end and outputs them after processing from the other end. This type of equipment is generally designed in the form of a channel, hence it is called a drying tunnel or sometimes referred to as a tunnel furnace.

Common far-infrared heating elements used in far-infrared heating and drying equipment for the food industry include:

  • Linear carbon fiber heater elements
  • U-shaped carbon fiber heater elements
  • Special-shaped carbon fiber heater elements
