Preizku\u0161anje fotovoltai\u010dnih (son\u010dnih) celic<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Obdelava plo\u0161\u010dic solarnega silicija:<\/strong><br>V postopkih visoko u\u010dinkovitih son\u010dnih celic, kot sta PERC in TOPCon, se kvar\u010dne cevi uporabljajo za nana\u0161anje pasivacijske plasti (kot sta SiNx ali Al\u2082O\u2083) ali visokotemperaturno \u017eganje.<br>\u017divljenjska doba nosilca neposredno vpliva na u\u010dinkovitost pretvorbe celice. \u010ce se v kvar\u010dno cevko vnese onesna\u017eenje, se pove\u010da stopnja povr\u0161inske rekombinacije na plo\u0161\u010dici.<br>Meritve se izvajajo z uporabo QSSPC (kvazistacionarna fotoprevodnost) ali \u03bc-PCD (mikrovalovni fotoprevodnostni razpad) za dolo\u010ditev \u017eivljenjske dobe manj\u0161inskih nosilcev.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Raziskave materialov (npr. \u0161irokopasovni polprevodniki)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Procesi naprav SiC\/GaN:<\/strong><br>Visokotemperaturni postopki (&gt;1500 \u00b0C) za naprave iz silicijevega karbida (SiC) ali galijevega nitrida (GaN) zahtevajo zelo \u010diste kremenove cevi. Ne\u010disto\u010de lahko pove\u010dajo gostoto vmesni\u0161kih stanj, kar vodi do zmanj\u0161anja \u017eivljenjske dobe nosilcev.<br>Raziskave se pogosto osredoto\u010dajo na elektri\u010dne lastnosti epitaksijskih plasti ali oksidnih plasti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
