Hoe kunnen we eenvoudig de kwaliteit van een verwarmingselement testen in ons dagelijks werk en leven? Vandaag zal ik met je delen hoe je een multimeter kunt gebruiken om de kwaliteit van een verwarmingselement te testen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stel de multimeter in op het 1K ohm bereik en plaats de twee sondes op beide uiteinden van de verwarmingsdraad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als de multimeter een bepaalde waarde aangeeft, betekent dit dat de verwarmingsdraad normaal functioneert. Noteer de weerstandswaarde. Als er geen waarde wordt weergegeven, betekent dit dat de verwarmingsdraad een breuk heeft en dat het verwarmingselement niet kan worden gebruikt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Door de formules 220<em>250\/weerstandswaarde of 380<\/em>380\/weerstandswaarde, kun je het vermogen berekenen. Als het berekende vermogen minder dan 5% afwijkt van het nominale vermogen, is het verwarmingselement goed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als de vermogensafwijking groot is, betekent dit dat het fabricageproces niet goed is. Als de vermogenswaarde buitensporig hoog is, zoals meer dan 10.000, betekent dit dat er kortsluiting is in de verwarmingsdraad, wat kan leiden tot brand of andere elektrische storingen.
