Omdat het eenvoudig is, is het misschien niet helemaal nauwkeurig, dus onderzoekers moeten niet vertrouwen op deze aanpak. Dit artikel is bedoeld voor degenen die van plan zijn om <a href=\"https:\/\/globalquartztube.com\/nl\/carbon-fiber-heating-element\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"5200\">koolstofvezel verwarmingselementen<\/a> naar doe-het-zelf droogovens of bakovens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laten we een van onze klanten als voorbeeld nemen. Ze gebruikten oorspronkelijk een verbrandingsoven (verbranding van pellets of houtresten). Om milieuredenen wilden ze overstappen op elektrische verwarmingselementen. De muren van de droogkamer waren ge\u00efsoleerd met katoen en het te drogen materiaal was halfdroog dennenhout. De vereiste droogtemperatuur moest binnen 2 uur 80\u00b0C bereiken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Basiskennis natuurkunde (Alle parameters zijn te vinden via zoekmachines):<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Gewicht<\/strong> = Dichtheid x Volume<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Warmte<\/strong> = Vermogen x Tijd<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Warmte die nodig is om de temperatuur van een voorwerp te verhogen<\/strong> = Specifieke warmtecapaciteit x temperatuurverschil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Specifieke warmtecapaciteit van hout<\/strong>: 1,72 x 10^3 J\/(kg.K)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Specifieke warmtecapaciteit van lucht<\/strong>: 1,003 x 10^3 J\/(kg.K)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dichtheid van dennenhout<\/strong>: 0,5~0,7 x 10^3 kg\/m\u00b3, gebruik 0,6 x 10^3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dichtheid van lucht<\/strong>: 1,29 kg\/m\u00b3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Volume<\/strong>: Stel dat hout 70% vult (dit zorgt ervoor dat de vermogensberekening niet te laag zal zijn), lucht is berekend op 15 kubieke meter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Temperatuurverschil<\/strong>: 90\u00b0C - 0\u00b0C (uitgaande van lage temperaturen in de winter van 0\u00b0C)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stap 1: Bereken het vermogen dat nodig is om het hout te verwarmen<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bereken het gewicht van dennenhout<\/strong><br>Gewicht van dennenhout = 0,6 x 10^3 x 15 x 70% = 6300 kg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bereken de warmte die nodig is om de temperatuur te verhogen<\/strong><br>Benodigde warmte = 6300 kg x (90\u00b0C - 0\u00b0C) x 1,72 x 10^3 J\/(kg.\u00b0C) = 9,75 x 10^8 J<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bereken het vermogen<\/strong><br>Vermogen = 9,75 x 10^8 J \/ (2 x 3600 s) = 135450 W \u2248 136 kW<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stap 2: Bereken het vermogen dat nodig is om de lucht te verwarmen<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bereken het gewicht van de lucht<\/strong><br>Gewicht van lucht = 1,29 x 15 = 19,35 kg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bereken de warmte die nodig is om de temperatuur te verhogen<\/strong><br>Benodigde warmte = 19,35 kg x (90\u00b0C - 0\u00b0C) x 1,003 x 10^3 J\/(kg.\u00b0C) = 1,75 x 10^6 J<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bereken het vermogen<\/strong><br>Vermogen = 1,75 x 10^6 J \/ (2 x 3600 s) = 243 W \u2248 500 W (het vermogen dat nodig is om de lucht te verwarmen kan worden genegeerd)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stap 3: Warmteverlies in de droogruimte berekenen<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Warmteverlies door isolatie, metalen onderdelen en andere factoren wordt uniform verdisconteerd door 15%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Definitieve berekening totaal vermogen<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Totaal vermogen = 136 kW x (1 + 15%) = 156,4 kW<br>Een snelle berekeningsmethode is dat een droogkamer voor hout ongeveer 10 kW per kubieke meter ruimte nodig heeft.<br>Als je 1200W koolstofvezel verwarmingselementen gebruikt, heb je 130 eenheden nodig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Extra kennis:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Warmteconversie<\/strong>: 1 kilocalorie (kcal) = 4,1858518 kilojoule (kJ) (Snelle berekening: kJ\/4 = kcal)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>GlobalQT is gespecialiseerd in de productie van hoogwaardige <a href=\"https:\/\/globalquartztube.com\/nl\/carbon-fiber-heating-element\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"5200\">koolstofvezel verwarmingselementen<\/a> en kwartsbuisoplossingen.
