Kupili su prilago\u0111ene kvarcne cijevi od drugog dobavlja\u010da. Nakon \u0161to su upotrijebili nove kvarcne cijevi u svom eksperimentalnom procesu i dovr\u0161ili naknadna mjerenja, primijetili su smanjenje vrijednosti vijeka trajanja nosa\u010da u svojim proizvodima. Kupac nas je iskreno zamolio da mu pru\u017eimo tehni\u010dke savjete i mjere koje treba poduzeti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Odgovori<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hvala vam \u0161to ste nas kontaktirali u vezi sa smanjenjem vijeka trajanja nosa\u010da nakon upotrebe novih kvarcnih cijevi. Potpuno razumijemo kriti\u010dan utjecaj ovog parametra na performanse va\u0161ih proizvoda te smo proveli detaljnu analizu problema. Analiza uzroka smanjenja vijeka trajanja nosa\u010da<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakon analize, problem mo\u017ee proiza\u0107i iz interakcije izme\u0111u kvarcne cijevi, komponenti prirubnica i procesnih uvjeta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Utjecaj kvarcne cijevi<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>(1) \u010cisto\u0107a materijala i ne\u010disto\u0107e<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Metalne ne\u010disto\u0107e (Fe, Cu, Na itd.):<\/strong><br>Metalski ioni u kvarcnim cijevima pri visokim temperaturama mogu se difundirati u silicijske plo\u010dice ili epitaksne slojeve, postaju\u0107i centri za recombinaciju nositelja i zna\u010dajno smanjuju\u0107i njihov vijek trajanja.<br><strong>Klju\u010dni pokazatelj:<\/strong> Sadr\u017eaj metalnih ne\u010disto\u0107a treba kontrolirati (npr. \u22641 ppm; za kvarcne cijevi ultra-visoke \u010disto\u0107e potrebno je \u22640,1 ppm).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sadr\u017eaj hidroksilnih (OH\u207b) skupina:<\/strong><br>Hidroksilne skupine mogu apsorbirati energiju u ultraljubi\u010dastom rasponu, \u0161to potencijalno utje\u010de na fotogeneraciju nosilaca, osobito u primjenama fotonaponskih ili UV senzora.<br><strong>Preporuka:<\/strong> Odaberite kvarcne cijevi s niskom hidroksilnom skupinom (npr. sinteti\u010dki kvarc, OH\u207b &lt; 5 ppm).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>(2) Strukturni nedostaci i toplinska stabilnost<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Mikropukotine ili devitrifikacija:<\/strong><br>Pri visokim temperaturama kvarcne cijevi mogu devitrificirati (npr. formiranjem kristobalita) ili razviti pukotine od toplinskog naprezanja, otpu\u0161taju\u0107i \u010destice koje kontaminiraju procesno okru\u017eenje.<br><strong>Odnos prema trajanju vijeka trajanja nosa\u010da:<\/strong> \u010cestice koje se ve\u017eu za povr\u0161inu plo\u010dice pove\u0107avaju brzinu rekombinacije na su\u010delju.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Utjecaj prirubnica i brtvenih komponenti<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>(1) Kompatibilnost materijala<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Kontaminacija metalne prirubnice:<\/strong><br>Flange od nehr\u0111aju\u0107eg \u010delika ili od nikla mogu otpu\u0161tati metalne pare (npr. Cr, Ni) pri visokim temperaturama, koje se mogu prenijeti plinskom fazom i kontaminirati unutarnju stijenku kvarcne cijevi ili uzorak.<br><strong>Primjer:<\/strong> U epitaksnom rastu SiC-a kontaminacija metalom mo\u017ee pove\u0107ati gusto\u0107u stanja na su\u010delju i smanjiti vijek trajanja nosilaca naboja.<br><strong>Alternativa:<\/strong> Koristite kerami\u010dke prirubnice (npr. Al\u2082O\u2083) ili metalne prirubnice s platinastim premazom.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>(2) Zaptivna izvedba<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Curenja koja uzrokuju oksidaciju\/zaga\u0111enje:<\/strong><br>Lo\u0161e brtvljenje izme\u0111u prirubnice i kvarcne cijevi mo\u017ee dovesti do prodora kisika ili vlage, koja pri visokim temperaturama reagira sa silicijem i stvara neispravan sloj SiO\u2082, pove\u0107avaju\u0107i povr\u0161insku rekombinaciju.<br><strong>Metoda detekcije:<\/strong> Koristite detektor curenja s helijskim masenim spektrometrom za provjeru zaptivanja (brzina curenja &lt; 1\u00d710\u207b\u2079 mbar\u00b7L\/s).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Interakcije na razini sustava<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>(1) Su\u010delje kvarcne cijevi i prirubnice<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Neuskla\u0111enost koeficijenta toplinskog \u0161irenja (CTE):<\/strong><br>Kvarc (CTE ~0,55\u00d710\u207b\u2076\/\u00b0C) i metalne prirubnice (npr. nehr\u0111aju\u0107i \u010delik, CTE ~16\u00d710\u207b\u2076\/\u00b0C) mogu do\u017eivjeti deformaciju pod naprezanjem na visokim temperaturama, \u0161to mo\u017ee uzrokovati mikro-curenja ili otpu\u0161tanje \u010destica.<br><strong>Pobolj\u0161anje dizajna:<\/strong> Koristite strukturu za brtvljenje s gradijentom (npr. prijelaz grafitne brtve) ili elasti\u010dne materijale za brtvljenje (npr. Preporu\u010dena rje\u0161enja<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>Osnovni uzrok<\/th><th>Mjere pobolj\u0161anja<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>Metalna kontaminacija kvarcne cijevi<\/td><td>Prelazak na sinteti\u010dke kvarcne cijevi ultra-visoke \u010disto\u0107e (metalne ne\u010disto\u0107e &lt;0,1 ppm).<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Metalna para iz prirubnice<\/td><td>Zamijenite kerami\u010dkim prirubnicama ili metalnim prirubnicama oblo\u017eenim platinom.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Zaptivanje curenja<\/td><td>Koristite dvostruke O-prstenove i test curenja helijem ili primijenite metalne brtve (npr. bakarne brtve za UHV).<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Termalni stres devitrifikacija<\/td><td>Odaberite kvarcne cijevi visoke \u010disto\u0107e ili kvarcne cijevi dopirane titanom i kontrolirajte brzine zagrijavanja\/hla\u0111enja (\u22645 \u00b0C\/min).<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sa\u017eetak:<\/strong><br>Smanjenje vijeka trajanja nosa\u010da mo\u017ee biti kombinirani rezultat ne\u010disto\u0107a u kvarcnoj cijevi, kontaminacije prirubnica i nedostataka u dizajnu sustava. Optimizacija se mora koordinirati u tri podru\u010dja\u2014\u010disto\u0107i materijala, pouzdanosti brtvljenja i toplinskoj uskla\u0111enosti\u2014kako bi se problem temeljito rije\u0161io. Preporu\u010dujemo da kupac dostavi detaljnije podatke o procesu (kao \u0161to su temperaturni profili i vrste plinova) kako bi se omogu\u0107ile precizne preporuke komponenti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IV. Dijagnosti\u010dki prijedlozi za korisnike<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Serijska proba kvarcnih cijevi:<\/strong><br>Zahtijevajte od dobavlja\u010da da dostave izvje\u0161taje o ICP-MS (ne\u010disto\u0107e metala) i FTIR (sadr\u017eaj hidroksilnih skupina).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pregled prirubnice i brtve:<\/strong><br>Potvrdite materijal prirubnice, otpornost prstena za brtvljenje na toplinu i provjerite ima li promjenu boje pri visokim temperaturama (znakovi metalne pare).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pregled parametara procesa:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Program za kontrolu temperature:<\/strong> Ograni\u010dite brzinu grijanja\/hla\u0111enja na \u22645 \u00b0C\/min.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Plan prethodne obrade:<\/strong> Prije eksperimenata predpe\u010dite ili kiselinski o\u010distite kvarcne cijevi kako biste uklonili povr\u0161inske ne\u010disto\u0107e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Upravljanje procesom:<\/strong> Usporedite je li smanjenje vijeka trajanja nosa\u010da povezano s promjenama u serijama kvarcnih cijevi\/flanaca ili s prilagodbama temperature procesa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V. Pravila jamstva<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pru\u017eamo sljede\u0107e jamstvo:<br>Zbog krhke prirode kvarcnih proizvoda i slo\u017eenosti okru\u017eenja primjene, ne nudimo formalne odredbe o jamstvu kvalitete. Dodatne mjere jamstva za ovaj slu\u010daj<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Provjera curenja pod tlakom prije otpreme:<\/strong> Pove\u017eite kvarcnu cijev s prirubnicom (tako\u0111er mo\u017eemo osigurati prirubnice), dovedite tlak na nazivnu vrijednost (ili vrijednost koju navede kupac) i odr\u017eavajte tlak vi\u0161e od dva sata kako biste osigurali da nema curenja (mo\u017eemo podijeliti postupak ispitivanja).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Test toplinske otpornosti prije otpreme:<\/strong> Nakon proizvodnje svaka kvarcna cijev prolazi 24-satni proces odgrijavanja na 1000\u00b150 \u00b0C kako bi se osigurala toplinska otpornost (kontinuirana radna temperatura 1000 \u00b0C, kratkoro\u010dno do 1200 \u00b0C).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Usluga prilagodbe:<\/strong> Prilagodite specifikacije kvarcne cijevi\/flanaca prema strukturi reaktorske komore.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tehni\u010dka podr\u0161ka:<\/strong> Ako su dostavljene krivulje temperature i omjeri plinova, mo\u017eemo precizno uskladiti eksperimentalni plan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Radujemo se suradnji s vama na rje\u0161avanju ovog problema.
