Fabricaci\u00f3n de dispositivos semiconductores (muy relevante)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Procesos de difusi\u00f3n\/recocci\u00f3n a alta temperatura:<\/strong><br>Los tubos de cuarzo se utilizan habitualmente en hornos de difusi\u00f3n a alta temperatura de obleas semiconductoras para el dopaje (como la difusi\u00f3n de f\u00f3sforo o boro) o el recocido (activaci\u00f3n de dopantes).<br>La vida \u00fatil del portador es un par\u00e1metro clave para evaluar la calidad de las obleas de silicio. Pruebas fotovoltaicas (c\u00e9lulas solares)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Procesamiento de obleas de silicio solar:<\/strong><br>En los procesos de c\u00e9lulas solares de alta eficiencia, como PERC y TOPCon, se utilizan tubos de cuarzo para la deposici\u00f3n de capas de pasivaci\u00f3n (como SiNx o Al\u2082O\u2083) o la cocci\u00f3n a alta temperatura.<br>La vida \u00fatil del portador afecta directamente a la eficiencia de conversi\u00f3n de la c\u00e9lula.
