Hydroxyl ist die Hauptverunreinigung in Quarzglas, und die Hauptfaktoren, die seinen Gehalt beeinflussen, sind Rohstoffe, Prozesse und Herstellungsverfahren. Mit dem Hydroxylgehalt in Quarzglas \u00e4ndert sich auch die Leistung des Glases. Ein zunehmender Hydroxylgehalt f\u00fchrt zu einer Verringerung der Viskosit\u00e4t, Dichte und des Brechungsindex sowie zu einer Erh\u00f6hung der Infrarotabsorption und des Ausdehnungskoeffizienten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-318fcb73\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\"><strong>Dehydroxylierung<\/strong><\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Basierend auf dem Verhalten von Hydroxyl in Quarzglas kann es in zwei Kategorien unterteilt werden: Quarzglas, das in einer oxidierenden Atmosph\u00e4re hergestellt wird, und Quarzglas, das in einer reduzierenden Atmosph\u00e4re geschmolzen wird. Das Hydroxyl im ersteren l\u00e4sst sich durch Erhitzen nur schwer entfernen, w\u00e4hrend es im letzteren leichter zu entfernen ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zu den in oxidierender Atmosph\u00e4re hergestellten Quarzgl\u00e4sern z\u00e4hlen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Synthetisches Quarzglas<\/strong>: Siliziumtetrachlorid wird in einer Sauerstoffflamme thermisch zersetzt, der Hydroxylgehalt liegt bei etwa 1000\u20132000 ppm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gasraffiniertes Quarzglas<\/strong>: In einer Sauerstoffflamme geschmolzenes Quarzpulver mit einem Hydroxylgehalt von 100\u2013200 ppm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Plasma-Quarzglas<\/strong>: In einer Plasmaflamme geschmolzenes Quarzpulver mit einem Hydroxylgehalt von 20\u201330 ppm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Quarzglas<\/strong>: In einer Luftatmosph\u00e4re geschmolzenes Quarzpulver mit einem Hydroxylgehalt von 300\u2013500 ppm.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei diesem Quarzglastyp l\u00e4sst sich die Hydroxylgruppe nur schwer durch W\u00e4rmebehandlung entfernen und dehydroxyliert erst oberhalb der Kristallisationstemperatur bei etwa 1350 Grad Celsius sichtbar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-1874dc88\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\"><strong>In reduzierender Atmosph\u00e4re geschmolzenes Quarzglas<\/strong>:<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In einer Wasserstoffatmosph\u00e4re betr\u00e4gt der Hydroxylgehalt 100-200 ppm; Erhitzen \u00fcber 900 Grad Celsius kann den gr\u00f6\u00dften Teil des Hydroxyls entfernen. Unter Helium- oder Vakuumbedingungen ist der Hydroxylgehalt sehr niedrig (unter 5 ppm).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Hydroxylgruppe in in Wasserstoffatmosph\u00e4re geschmolzenem Quarzglas h\u00e4ngt mit folgenden Faktoren zusammen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Im Zusammenhang mit den Rohstoffeigenschaften<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>a. Gel\u00f6stes Wasser; b. Kristallines Wasser; c. Interstitielles Wasser; b. An der Oberfl\u00e4che adsorbiertes Wasser; e. Gas-Fl\u00fcssigkeits-Einschl\u00fcsse;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. <strong>In Bezug auf den Gehalt und die Art der Verunreinigung des Rohmaterials<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a. Alkalimetalloxide; b. Erdalkalimetalloxide; c. Seltenerdoxide;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. <strong>\u00c4hnlich wie bei Melting Condition<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Temperatur; Zeit; Atmosph\u00e4re;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. <strong>Im Zusammenhang mit Dehydroxylierungsbedingungen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Umgebung, Vakuumniveau; Zeit; Temperatur;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beim erneuten Schmelzen von Quarzglas, das in einer oxidierenden Atmosph\u00e4re in einer Wasserstoffatmosph\u00e4re hergestellt wurde, zeigt sich keine \u00c4nderung des Hydroxylabsorptionspeaks bei 2,73 Mikrometer. Dies deutet darauf hin, dass die Schmelztemperatur nicht die Ursache f\u00fcr den Unterschied in der Dehydroxylierungsleistung zwischen den beiden Glasarten ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pulverf\u00f6rmiges Quarzglas, das in einer oxidierenden Atmosph\u00e4re geschmolzen wurde (Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfe 0,2\u20130,05 mm), zeigt nach dem erneuten Schmelzen in einer Wasserstoffatmosph\u00e4re eine signifikante \u00c4nderung des Hydroxyl-Peaks bei 2,73 Mikrometern, wodurch sich Hydroxyl leichter entfernen l\u00e4sst und seine Leistung mit der von in einer Wasserstoffatmosph\u00e4re geschmolzenem Quarzglas vergleichbar ist. Dies zeigt, dass die Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfe ein wichtiger Faktor f\u00fcr Unterschiede bei der Dehydroxylierung ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quarzglaspulver mit niedrigem Hydroxylgehalt<\/strong> Das erneute Schmelzen in einer Wasserstoffatmosph\u00e4re erh\u00f6ht den Hydroxylgehalt von 3 ppm auf 100 ppm, was darauf hindeutet, dass eine Wasserstoffatmosph\u00e4re den Hydroxylgehalt in Quarzglas erh\u00f6hen kann.
