Da den er enkel, er den m\u00e5ske ikke helt pr\u00e6cis, s\u00e5 forskere b\u00f8r ikke stole p\u00e5 denne tilgang. Denne artikel er beregnet til dem, der planl\u00e6gger at bruge <a href=\"https:\/\/globalquartztube.com\/da\/carbon-fiber-heating-element\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"5200\">Varmeelementer af kulfiber<\/a> til DIY-t\u00f8rreovne eller bageovne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lad os tage en af vores kunder som eksempel. De brugte oprindeligt en forbr\u00e6ndingsovn (der br\u00e6ndte tr\u00e6piller eller -rester). Af milj\u00f8m\u00e6ssige \u00e5rsager \u00f8nskede de at skifte til elektriske varmeelementer. V\u00e6ggene i t\u00f8rrerummet var isoleret med bomuld, og det materiale, der skulle t\u00f8rres, var halvt\u00f8rt fyrretr\u00e6. Den kr\u00e6vede t\u00f8rretemperatur skulle n\u00e5 80\u00b0C inden for 2 timer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Grundl\u00e6ggende viden om fysik (alle parametre kan findes via s\u00f8gemaskiner):<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>V\u00e6gt<\/strong> = T\u00e6thed x volumen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Varme<\/strong> = Kraft x tid<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Varme, der kr\u00e6ves for at h\u00e6ve temperaturen p\u00e5 et objekt<\/strong> = Specifik varmekapacitet x temperaturforskel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Specifik varmekapacitet for tr\u00e6<\/strong>: 1,72 x 10^3 J\/(kg.K)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Specifik varmekapacitet for luft<\/strong>: 1,003 x 10^3 J\/(kg.K)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Densitet af fyrretr\u00e6<\/strong>: 0,5~0,7 x 10^3 kg\/m\u00b3, brug 0,6 x 10^3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Luftens massefylde<\/strong>: 1,29 kg\/m\u00b3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Volumen<\/strong>: Antag, at tr\u00e6 fylder 70% (dette sikrer, at effektberegningen ikke bliver for lav), luft er beregnet til 15 kubikmeter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Temperaturforskel<\/strong>: 90\u00b0C - 0\u00b0C (under foruds\u00e6tning af lave vintertemperaturer p\u00e5 0\u00b0C)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trin 1: Beregn den effekt, der kr\u00e6ves for at opvarme tr\u00e6et<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Beregn v\u00e6gten af fyrretr\u00e6<\/strong><br>V\u00e6gt af fyrretr\u00e6 = 0,6 x 10^3 x 15 x 70% = 6300 kg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Beregn den varme, der skal til for at h\u00e6ve temperaturen<\/strong><br>N\u00f8dvendig varme = 6300 kg x (90\u00b0C - 0\u00b0C) x 1,72 x 10^3 J\/(kg.\u00b0C) = 9,75 x 10^8 J<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Beregn effekten<\/strong><br>Effekt = 9,75 x 10^8 J \/ (2 x 3600 s) = 135450 W \u2248 136 kW<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trin 2: Beregn den effekt, der kr\u00e6ves for at opvarme luften<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Beregn v\u00e6gten af luften<\/strong><br>V\u00e6gt af luft = 1,29 x 15 = 19,35 kg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Beregn den varme, der skal til for at h\u00e6ve temperaturen<\/strong><br>N\u00f8dvendig varme = 19,35 kg x (90\u00b0C - 0\u00b0C) x 1,003 x 10^3 J\/(kg.\u00b0C) = 1,75 x 10^6 J<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Beregn effekten<\/strong><br>Effekt = 1,75 x 10^6 J \/ (2 x 3600 s) = 243 W \u2248 500 W (den effekt, der kr\u00e6ves for at opvarme luften, kan ignoreres)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trin 3: Beregn varmetabet i t\u00f8rrerummet<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Varmetab gennem isolering, metalkomponenter og andre faktorer diskonteres ensartet af 15%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Endelig beregning af samlet effekt<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Samlet effekt = 136 kW x (1 + 15%) = 156,4 kW<br>En hurtig beregningsmetode er, at et t\u00f8rrerum til tr\u00e6 kr\u00e6ver ca. 10 kW pr. kubikmeter plads.<br>Hvis du bruger 1200W kulfibervarmeelementer, skal du bruge 130 enheder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Yderligere viden:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Konvertering af varme<\/strong>: 1 kilokalorie (kcal) = 4,1858518 kilojoule (kJ) (Hurtig udregning: kJ\/4 = kcal)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>GlobalQT har specialiseret sig i at fremstille <a href=\"https:\/\/globalquartztube.com\/da\/carbon-fiber-heating-element\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"5200\">Varmeelementer af kulfiber<\/a> og kvartsr\u00f8rsl\u00f8sninger.
