Denne l\u00e6ngde er relativt lang. I dag vil jeg forts\u00e6tte med at introducere varmeprincippet for kulfibervarmer\u00f8r og diskutere de industrier, hvor de prim\u00e6rt bruges. Varmer\u00f8rets overfladetemperatur kan overstige 500 \u00b0C. Opvarmningsprocessen integrerer de tre almindelige varmeoverf\u00f8rselsmetoder: varmeledning, varmekonvektion og varmestr\u00e5ling, hvor varmestr\u00e5ling er den prim\u00e6re metode. Nedenfor vil jeg introducere disse tre varmeoverf\u00f8rselsformer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Termisk ledning<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Termisk ledning<\/strong> henviser til den proces, hvor varme overf\u00f8res fra en del af et objekt med h\u00f8jere temperatur til en del med lavere temperatur langs objektet. Varmeledning forekommer i faste stoffer, v\u00e6sker og gasser, men strengt taget er der kun tale om ren varmeledning i faste stoffer. Selv i station\u00e6re v\u00e6sker opst\u00e5r der naturlig konvektion p\u00e5 grund af densitetsforskellen for\u00e5rsaget af temperaturgradienten, hvilket betyder, at termisk konvektion og termisk ledning sker samtidig i v\u00e6sker. Et almindeligt eksempel i dagligdagen er at opvarme den ene ende af en jernstang over et b\u00e5l og m\u00e6rke, at den anden ende bliver varm - det er varmeledning. Et andet eksempel er h\u00e5ndtaget p\u00e5 en spatel, der bliver varmt under madlavning, hvilket ogs\u00e5 er en form for varmeledning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Termisk konvektion<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Termisk konvektion<\/strong>ogs\u00e5 kendt som konvektiv varmeoverf\u00f8rsel, er processen med varmeoverf\u00f8rsel for\u00e5rsaget af den relative bev\u00e6gelse af partikler i en v\u00e6ske. Denne form for varmeoverf\u00f8rsel kan kun forekomme i v\u00e6sker (gasser og v\u00e6sker) og er altid ledsaget af ledning for\u00e5rsaget af v\u00e6skemolekylernes bev\u00e6gelse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Termisk konvektion kan groft sagt inddeles i to typer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Af Medium<\/strong>: Gaskonvektion og v\u00e6skekonvektion, hvor gaskonvektion er mere tydelig end v\u00e6skekonvektion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Af \u00e5rsag<\/strong>: Naturlig konvektion, der udelukkende skyldes densitetsforskelle mellem den varme og den kolde del af v\u00e6sken, har generelt en lav str\u00f8mningshastighed. Tvungen konvektion, for\u00e5rsaget af forskellige pumper, ventilatorer eller andre eksterne kr\u00e6fter, har ofte en h\u00f8j str\u00f8mningshastighed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Det mest almindelige eksempel p\u00e5 varmekonvektion i dagligdagen er, n\u00e5r vand koger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Termisk udstr\u00e5ling<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Termisk str\u00e5ling<\/strong> refererer til det f\u00e6nomen, hvor et objekt udsender elektromagnetiske b\u00f8lger p\u00e5 grund af dets temperatur. Ethvert objekt med en temperatur over det absolutte nulpunkt kan udsende varmestr\u00e5ling, og jo h\u00f8jere temperaturen er, desto st\u00f8rre er den samlede energi, der udsendes. Spektret af varmestr\u00e5ling er kontinuerligt og d\u00e6kker teoretisk set b\u00f8lgel\u00e6ngder fra 0 til \u221e. Det meste varmestr\u00e5ling transmitteres gennem l\u00e6ngere b\u00f8lgel\u00e6ngder i det synlige lys og det infrar\u00f8de spektrum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ved lavere temperaturer forekommer str\u00e5lingen hovedsageligt i det usynlige infrar\u00f8de omr\u00e5de. N\u00e5r temperaturen n\u00e5r 300 \u00b0C, falder den st\u00e6rkeste b\u00f8lgel\u00e6ngde i den termiske str\u00e5ling inden for det infrar\u00f8de omr\u00e5de. N\u00e5r temperaturen er mellem 500\u00b0C og 800\u00b0C, skifter den st\u00e6rkeste b\u00f8lgel\u00e6ngdekomponent til det synlige lysomr\u00e5de.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den energi, der udsendes (eller absorberes) af en overflade pr. tidsenhed og pr. arealenhed, er relateret til overfladens beskaffenhed og temperatur. Jo m\u00f8rkere og grovere overfladen er, jo st\u00f8rre er dens evne til at udsende (eller absorbere) energi. Alle genstande udsender energi til deres omgivelser i form af elektromagnetiske b\u00f8lger. N\u00e5r disse b\u00f8lger m\u00f8der et objekt p\u00e5 deres spredningsvej, ophidser de de mikroskopiske partikler i objektet og f\u00e5r det til at varme op.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selv p\u00e5 afstand af en flamme kan vi m\u00e6rke varmen - det skyldes den infrar\u00f8de str\u00e5ling, som f\u00e5r os til at f\u00f8le os varme. Den mest almindelige brug af varmestr\u00e5ling er at sidde ved et b\u00e5l, mens f.eks. en h\u00e5ndvarmer bruger en anden form for varmeoverf\u00f8rsel og derfor ikke b\u00f8r forveksles. Den infrar\u00f8de str\u00e5ling, der udsendes af kulfibervarmer\u00f8r, ligger i samme b\u00f8lgel\u00e6ngdeb\u00e5nd som den, der produceres af br\u00e6ndende flammer, fra 2,0 til 15 mikrometer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Materialer som f\u00f8devarer, tekstiler, maling og afgr\u00f8der absorberer lettest dette b\u00f8lgel\u00e6ngdeomr\u00e5de. N\u00e5r disse materialer uds\u00e6ttes for den infrar\u00f8de str\u00e5ling fra kulfibervarmer\u00f8r, absorberer de derfor str\u00e5lingen og omdanner den til varme, hvilket h\u00e6ver materialets temperatur for at opn\u00e5 t\u00f8rrings-, opvarmnings- eller h\u00e6rdningseffekter. Ved opvarmning med infrar\u00f8d str\u00e5ling absorberer det stof, der opvarmes, str\u00e5lingen mere effektivt p\u00e5 grund af resonansen mellem materialets absorptionsb\u00e5nd og den infrar\u00f8de b\u00f8lgel\u00e6ngde. Dette maksimerer absorptionen af infrar\u00f8d varme, hvilket hurtigt \u00f8ger temperaturen og forbedrer opvarmningseffektiviteten, hvilket igen forbedrer produktionseffektiviteten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Anvendelse i bilindustrien<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>I fremstillingsprocessen for biler, <a href=\"https:\/\/globalquartztube.com\/da\/carbon-fiber-heating-element\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"5200\">Varmer\u00f8r af kulfiber<\/a> bruges oftest i malekabiner, som n\u00e6vnt i tidligere artikler. N\u00e5r kulfibervarmer\u00f8ret f\u00e5r str\u00f8m, udsender det et orangegult lys og infrar\u00f8d str\u00e5ling med et b\u00f8lgel\u00e6ngdeb\u00e5nd p\u00e5 2,0 til 15 mikrometer.
