Pln\u011b ch\u00e1peme kritick\u00fd dopad tohoto parametru na v\u00fdkon va\u0161ich v\u00fdrobk\u016f a provedli jsme podrobnou anal\u00fdzu tohoto probl\u00e9mu. Vliv k\u0159emenn\u00e9 trubice<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>(1) \u010cistota materi\u00e1lu a ne\u010distoty<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Kovov\u00e9 ne\u010distoty (Fe, Cu, Na atd.):<\/strong><br>Kovov\u00e9 ionty v k\u0159emenn\u00fdch trubic\u00edch mohou p\u0159i vysok\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch difundovat do k\u0159em\u00edkov\u00fdch desti\u010dek nebo epitaxi\u00e1ln\u00edch vrstev, st\u00e1t se centry rekombinace nosi\u010d\u016f a v\u00fdrazn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eit \u017eivotnost.<br><strong>Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd ukazatel:<\/strong> Obsah kovov\u00fdch ne\u010distot by m\u011bl b\u00fdt kontrolov\u00e1n (nap\u0159. \u22641 ppm; k\u0159emenn\u00e9 trubice s velmi vysokou \u010distotou vy\u017eaduj\u00ed \u22640,1 ppm).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Obsah hydroxylu (OH-):<\/strong><br>Hydroxylov\u00e9 skupiny mohou absorbovat energii v ultrafialov\u00e9 oblasti, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee ovlivnit generov\u00e1n\u00ed foton\u00e1sobi\u010d\u016f, zejm\u00e9na ve fotovoltaick\u00fdch aplikac\u00edch nebo v aplikac\u00edch s UV senzory.<br><strong>Doporu\u010den\u00ed:<\/strong> Vyberte si k\u0159emenn\u00e9 trubice s n\u00edzk\u00fdm obsahem hydroxylu (nap\u0159. syntetick\u00fd k\u0159emen, OH- &lt; 5 ppm).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>(2) Strukturn\u00ed vady a tepeln\u00e1 stabilita<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Mikrotrhliny nebo devitrifikace:<\/strong><br>P\u0159i vysok\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt k devitrifikaci k\u0159emenn\u00fdch trubic (nap\u0159. za vzniku cristobalitu) nebo ke vzniku trhlin zp\u016fsoben\u00fdch tepeln\u00fdm nap\u011bt\u00edm, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e se uvol\u0148uj\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stice, kter\u00e9 kontaminuj\u00ed procesn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<br><strong>Vztah k \u017eivotnosti nosi\u010de:<\/strong> \u010c\u00e1stice p\u0159ichycen\u00e9 na povrchu desti\u010dky zvy\u0161uj\u00ed rychlost rekombinace rozhran\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Al\u2082O\u2083) nebo kovov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edruby s platinov\u00fdm povlakem.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>(2) V\u00fdkon t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Net\u011bsnosti zp\u016fsobuj\u00edc\u00ed oxidaci\/kontaminaci:<\/strong><br>\u0160patn\u00e9 ut\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed mezi p\u0159\u00edrubou a k\u0159emennou trubic\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit vniknut\u00ed kysl\u00edku nebo vlhkosti, kter\u00e9 p\u0159i vysok\u00e9 teplot\u011b reaguj\u00ed s k\u0159em\u00edkem za vzniku defektn\u00ed vrstvy SiO\u2082 a zvy\u0161uj\u00ed povrchovou rekombinaci.<br><strong>Metoda detekce:<\/strong> K ov\u011b\u0159en\u00ed t\u011bsnosti pou\u017eijte detektor \u00faniku helia s hmotnostn\u00edm spektrometrem (rychlost \u00faniku &lt; 1\u00d710-\u2079 mbar-L\/s).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.
