Uvod: Quartz heater tubes are widely utilized in various industrial applications due to their high thermal efficiency and rapid heat transfer capabilities. However, understanding their lifespan and durability under extreme conditions is crucial for ensuring reliability and cost-efficiency in industrial operations.

Lifespan of Quartz Heater Tubes: Typically, quartz heater tubes offer a functional lifespan ranging between 2,000 to 3,000 hours. This duration can vary based on the operating environment, frequency of use, and maintenance practices.

Durability Test Overview: To assess the robustness of quartz heater tubes compared to carbon fiber heating tubes, a controlled destructive test was conducted. Both types of tubes were subjected to continuous electrical power for thirty minutes to simulate a high-stress working condition.

Experimental Setup:
